Are there any other charges that what is listed next to the product, such as shipping and sales taxes.
To make purchasing from us easy, we have included the cost of shipping and sales taxes in our price.
How long does it take to get my item?
Items usually arrive in 7–10 business days, which include 1–3 days of processing time and 4-7 days for shipping.
What shipping methods are offered?
At this time, we only ship via United States Postal System (USPS).
Can I expedite my shipping?
At this time, we only ship via USPS and do not utilize any express services.
Why do you not offer more shipping options?
Our system currently does not support other options.
Can my order be shipped to a post office box?
Shipping USPS gives us the ability to ship to post office boxes.
What is the purpose of the store?
The purpose of the Sisters of St. Joseph Store is to generate awareness and revenue. All profits from the product sales are used for the Sisters to continue their ministries and assist with caring for our older Sisters.
Who should I contact regarding an issue with my order?
I need to return an item, what do I need to do?
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to handle refunds and returns.
Can I send item as a gift and have a note placed in the package?
Yes, we would be glad to include a gift message. When placing your order, note that you would like a gift message included. We will send a standardized message indicating you as the gift giver. Only one gift message can be added to each order.
I mailed in an order with a check. How can I check on this order?
Why does it take 7 to 10 business days to receive a standard order?
This is the average time it takes us to receive the order, process it, package it and ship the order. We process orders as quickly as possible so you may actually receive the item in less time.
Why do you need my email address?
We will only use your email to send you an order confirmation. We do not sell donor information to any outside party.
Will I receive a receipt?
The only receipt you will receive is the confirmation sent via email.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We do not accept purchase orders. All orders must be paid up front before we will send out the merchandise.
Do you offer backorders?
No, we do not accept or maintain backorders. If the item is not available, we will notify you via email.
Are some of the items made by the Sisters?
Yes, many of our items are made by the loving hands of our Sisters. Items may vary slightly from what is shown on the website. Quality of our merchandise is important in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
What if I did not like my item and want to let someone know?
